Our approach will start with a soil sample and site analysis. Is it a heavily shaded area or did the previous owner have dogs? We want to know exactly what your property needs and our soil sample will tell us how to treat your lawn for ideal growing conditions.
On our site analysis we will be checking for a few things. If the area of concern is heavily shaded we may suggest thinning the canopy above to allow sunlight or planting a shade fescue grass seed. Another thing the site analysis will do is check for drainage problems.
Our equipment is heavy and can tear up lawns pretty easily when the ground is saturated. Depending on the timing, duration, and amount of rain your service maybe delayed 1-2 days. Typically we will double up our schedule so you may see us working later in the day to catch up.
Yes! With our pain free signup you can pick and choose which services you would like to sign up for. You can keep a card on file and there’s no need to call or set up an appointment for most services. Once your information is received we will automatically schedule your services.
Yes! We have neighborhood discounts of 10% for groups of 3-9 and special rates for groups of 10 or more.

Yes! Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We ask you to wait 14 days after our visit for results. After 14 days please call us to set up a service call at no cost to you. We will assess and take action to make it right.
